Endorsment of the Education Charter international

The Government of Antarcticland, in consideration that Education is the most important long-term investment we can make in our future and reflects our love and our belief in freedom, endorses the Education Charter international initiated by CCLP worldwide.
"The International Education charter is a declaration of fundamental principles for building a just, sustainable educated youth of global society for the 21st century. Created by global civil society CCLP Worldwide, endorsed by thousands of members, volunteers , organizations and institutions and individual engaged endorsing youth the Charter is not only a call to action, but a motivating force inspiring change the world over. The international charter is being practiced drawn from declaration of higher education for 21st century by UNESCO ,Ten principles of United Nations Global Compact and Declaration of Higher Education for sustainable better livelihood.

Art. 2
Rights of the Citizens of Antarcticland

The Citizen of Antarticland may apply for membership and other ambassadorial position as citizen of sovereign nation at the web site www.cclpworldwide.com.

Art.  3
Entry Into Force

The presente decree shall enter into force on the day following its pubblication on the Official Gazette of the State of Antarcticland.
