Law Decree N. 20 of May 31, 2009,  “Declaration of protection of the Exarchate of Europe and Russia of the Autonomous Federation of the Priorates of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem (Priorate USA)”

Art. 1
Declaration of Protection

We, His Highness Giovanni Caporaso Gottlieb, Regent of Antarcticland by dynastic succession of the Terre Australis given to us by Tsar Alexander I, Emperor of Russia, and today denominated Antarcticland, being in our full powers, we grant and promise to furnish PROTECTION to the Knights of the Exarchate of Europe and Russia of the Autonomous Federation of the Priorates of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem (Priorate USA)”

Art. 2
Rights and Recognition of the Knights

As of today, the Knights of the Exarchate of Europe and Russia of the Autonomous Federation of the Priorates of the Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem (Priorate USA) are recognized and have full right to confer upon themselves the Title assigned to them by the Order, according to the international laws in force. They will likewise be, with full rights, Knights belonging to the Sovereign Order of the Knights of Antarcticland (anciently denominated the Knights of Ice of the Grand Russian Priorate of the Knights of Malta) and recognized by the State of Antarcticland.

Art. 3
Coming into force

The present decree will come into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the State of Antarcticland.
