Information in Antarcticland

The Government of Antarcticland guarantees and promotes the liberty of expression  and the liberty of the press that are the pricipal warranties that a government , with  its means of  information  (newspapers, radio, television, internet providers) must grant its citizens and their associations. The Telecommunication system, multimedia network, data processing, radio diffusion sound and television, technical innovations, applied to the comunication sector, is based on the total liberty, with no restrictions, for every citizen to register a heading through the roll  list of the press  for  the  Ministry for Information of Antarcticland with a simple written communication through a free application form, to the Ministry of Communications. The jounalists who wish to register on the roll list of the Jounalists of Antarcticland must request the free application form always from the Ministry of Communications jounalists who wish to register on the roll list of the Jounalists of Antarcticland must request the free application form always from the Ministry of Communications and send it with an article or with a copy of the registration to another National Roll List of Jounalists. When the application is received, the Minister will assign a registered number, and who wishes can request for an Identification Card.  The name of the journalists and their headings registered by the respective roll list will be published on the link of the Ministry for Information on the Antarcticland Government site. The journalists and articles spreading information on racism, promoting terrorism or religious intolerance, ethnic or of any other nature will be immediately cancelled from the roll list.  The Ministry of Communications is at disposal of the journalists, researchers and students for providing information on the State of Antarcticland, the Antarctic and the Ice population.
