Second Issue 2007 – The Antarcticland Postal Authority announces the issue, on  December 15th 2007, of a commemorative stamp of Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen, who was the founder of the Sovereign Order of Antarcticland and of the State of Antarcticland in 1821. The stamp is worth 1.00 Antarctic (€ 1.00). With this emission, the Antarcticland  Postal Authority pays homage to the Noble Knight and explorers that discovered the Antarctic Continent, creating a Nation based on noble values.
