The following have been appointed by H.H. Giovanni Caporaso Gottlieb, Regent of Antarcticland as Ministries of the State of Antarcticland

H.E. Giovanni Caporaso Oldoni, Prime Minister (President of the Sovereign Council) and Minister of the Interior
gioGraduated in law and specialized in  the political-administrative branches, he is consultant for the most important Italian Institutions. Known in the political circles as an organizer, expert in logistics, he is considered  a succesful entrepreneur who operates in more areas  of administrative and financial services. Besides he is actively involved in environmental policies and in International Humanitarian Organizations. Sir Giovanni Caporaso Oldoni has collaborated with H.H. the Regent  Sir Giovanni Caporaso Gottlieb on the legislative and constitutional preliminary phases of Antarcticland State.

H.E. Fabrizio Zampieri, Minister of Finance
fabrizio_zampieriGraduated in Business Economics at the University Cà Foscari in Venice, master in Bank and Financial Sciencies, he received  a degree, Honoris Causa, in Financial Sciences  on the 5th December 2003. He has worked for several important consulting firms, enriching his experiences in the financial branches. He deals with: analyses and studies of financial markets, management of the exchange rates and of the financial instruments, management of the multicurrency corporate treasury, management of the borrowing and of the relationships with banks dealing with “Private” and “Corporate” customers.
As an expert he collaborates with associations and enterprises on seminars, meetings, projects  and ESF (European Social Fund) courses. Sir Fabrizio Zampieri is also ordinary partner of Assocunsulenza of which  he is Secretary for the Paduan delegation.
 

H.E. Juan Octavio Prenz, Minister of Culture
juan_octavio_prenzBorn at La Plata (Argentina), he studied and worked at La Plata University until 1962 when he moved to Belgrado to teach at the Faculty of Philology. He came back to Argentina in 1967 and lived there until 1975; during this period he taught at the Universities of La Plata and Buenos Aires. In 1975 he was obliged to leave his Country for political reasons and then he came back to Belgrado where he taught. In 1979 he moved to Trieste University, where he still teaches modern and contemporary Spanish Literature. Writer, essayist, poet and translator, he has published the following works: Cuentas claras (1979), Apuntes de historia (1986), Cortar por lo sano (1987) e Hombre lobo (1998). In 1992 “La Santa Pinta de la Niña Maria” received the International Prize “Casa de las Américas”. Finally he is an exponent of the poetry linked to the 60s and to the artists such as Borges, Alberto Girri, Carlo Mastronaldi, Moracio Salas; also the Uruguyan poet Mario Benedetti is a representative artist of the same literary period.

H.E. Petter Johannsen, Minister of Environment
petter_in_alaska_senza_vetroGraduated in Marketing and in International Trade Economy at Copenhagen University, he has a doctorate in Management, Psychology and Commercial Sciences from Oslo University. He has been a Career Diplomat for 15 years and in his last appointment he  held the office of  Advisor for the Commercial Business in the Norwegian Embassy in  Italy.
He is “Cavaliere e Commendatore della Repubblica Italiana” ( Knight and Commendatore of the Italian Republic).
His international professional activity for important public institutions and multinational companies has been intense and successful.  For ten years he has been General Secretary for the Union of the Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Italy and Advisor of the Italian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce.  At present he holds the following offices: Honorary Consul of  Namibia Republic in Italy, Executive Vice-President of ASSONORVEGIA, the association which is concerned with the Norwegian interests in Italy; Consultant of the Internationalization and of the Strategic Communication; Partner in ICE S.R.L, a company which is  active in the fields of incentives, conventions, events.
He has made researches and studies about the great polar explorers to start with Ernest H. Shackleton, Fridtjof Nansen, Roald Amundsen (his great uncle), to finish with the contemporary explorers such as Ambrogio Fogar, Reinhold Messner. His interest in polar affairs is due to his relationship with Roald Amundsen, his great-uncle, but also, in particular, to his predilection for the life in the cold places. This great attraction has led him to take part to several polar expeditions and  to become an expert in this field.
