Telecommunication, multimedia nets, informatics, telematics, sound and televisions broadcasting system, and other innovative technologies applied to the sector of the Interisland Communications is based on the absolute freedom, without restrictions, for each citizen, in order to register, a newspaper at the Press Register of the Ministry of Post and Communication of Antarcticland, by a easy written communication throughout the form provided. An online certificate will be issued upon registration.
