What are the advantages of becoming an Antarcticland citizen?
 
This is the recurring question amongst those who get closer to the New State.  We must reply, "What are the advantages of being an Italian, French, or American citizen?"  Quoting the Indian chief Black Elk, we would say, “It is not how you are born, but how you die, which reveals to which people you belong.”  Antarcticland offers a new model of State and socioeconomic research, opens the debate to intellectual contributions by schools and universities, and offers the opportunity to put theories into practice that until today have been purely sociopolitical.
First of all, the citizens of Antarcticland are linked to our main objectives:
- Protection of the environment (flora and fauna) with respect to biodiversity and aboriginal rights;
- Tourism development
- The implementation of commercial, industrial, and service activities in collaboration with the countries that promote and/or recognize, within their own Constitution, the principles of the Antarcticland Magna Carta.
- To promote a plausible and fair development based on entrepreneurship and not the taxation of citizens, Antarcticland being a “no-tax area”;
For this purpose, we wish to develop:
- Planning and development of “Antarcticland” and “Made in Antarcticland” brands
- Development of tourism
- Development of tourist services and agencies that promote the natural and environmental characteristics of the territory
- Valuation of the handicraft products and the safeguard of the local identity
-  Development of commercial activities and offshore services
-  Offering of newspaper, blog, internet, and satellite telephony registry
-  Increased demand for collectable objects:  coins, stamps, flags, and gadgets
Along with this the Government is developing, through its Ministers and with the contribution of individual citizens, programs and economic agreements that concern the development of activities in favor of the citizens, like insurance and services at advantageous prices.
In addition, economic activities are set to support the interaction of the citizens and the State or the state sponsorship of individual projects.
By diplomatic means, we will soon begin to seek diplomatic recognition of Antarcticland by local and national Governments. Besides obtaining the recognition of identification documents issued by Antarcticland, it is our intention, in accordance with international laws, to develop bilateral agreements inclined towards the protection of our citizen’s investments in other countries. Thus obtaining preferential channels for investments in developing nations that do not wish to be taken advantage of by big blocs or those that have disregarded them.
Another great advantage for citizens is that they will be able to stipulate contracts electing as forum the International Arbitration Court of Antarcticland, constituted in accordance with international laws.
In the information field, citizens will be able to register newspapers, blogs, and other means of information without censorship or other complicated requirements.
The citizens will be able to start economic activities and insert them in the index of the economic activities of Antarcticland, given always they are in connection with the State and they offer advantages to the other citizens, such as price reductions and promotions.
Each one must find the advantages according to his own objectives. From the romantics to the pitiless speculators, they will all be able to take advantage of being part of this model State.
